I am a Smoker

I bought a smoker today. I did not know these were being taken. Welcome to my white trash life.
Sam decided to hang the clothes in the middle of my smoking. Guess what they now smell like. Sam is quitting wieght watchers, and all of this junk is leaving our apartment! YESSS. I have a closet now.
We made some philly cheese steaks. And tomato pie. IT is pretty sweet. Message me for the recipe. toasting the buns.
white trash heaven. My first real smoke. I smoke brats, chicken, onions, and green peppers. It wasn't that great.
A nice blend of hickory, cherry, maple, and apple.
Now that is awesome.
A campfire as well!
A new round of smoking... This time, chicken!
This morning, I made potatoes O'Brien with bacon. mmm
